Touristic tax
The tourism levy of EUR 2 per person per night applies for all guests from 18 years and is settled in the hotel upon departure. Children from 7 – 18 years are charged 50% off.
Minimum stay
Please keep in mind that to reserve our chalet a minimum stay of 2 nights, in some cases such as high summer season – july and august or national holidays, 5 or 7 nights applies. At short notice, the chalet may also be booked for 2 nights only, if capacities become available due to changes in reservations or cancellations.
Check in and check out
On the arrival day, chalet will be all yours from approx. 15. On the departure day, you will have it at your disposal until 11 and we kindly ask you to plan accordingly.
Cancellation policy and surcharges
If you have to cancel your holiday or will only be able to start it later or need to leave earlier than expected, you will not only be disappointed, but also confronted with cancellation fees.
Free of charge up to 60 days before arrival
Charge for late cancellation: 30%
Charge for cancellation 7 days before arrival: 70%
Charge in case of no-show: 100%
Late check out is only available upon agreement.
Non-smoking rules
As a retreat chalet designed in precious wood and to protect the health of our guests, we kindly ask you to respect that our chalet is a non-smoking area. Smoking outside is of course permitted.
Dogs
We kindly ask you to accept that dogs are only admitted after prior consultation and that we will admit a limited number only. Please note that animals may not enter the hot tub bath.
